Don't know what kind of scam is going on. When I bid on auctions and win get an email less than 24 hours later saying my order canceled because item is no longer available, then see the same item still up for auction. SHAME ON YOU. Time for someone to step up and answer why.

If you're buying diamonds, buy g color or better, and si2 or better quality to get eye clean stones! All semi precious gems I've bought are really great quality! You can get a service rep before you buy!

I have been ordering from Shop LC for several months and have no complaints. Everything I have ordered was exactly as presented. Returns were handled professionally and courteously. Customer service has been exceptional from day one. The products I have received are usually better than I expect and the prices are hard to beat. No complaints from this happy customer.

I have been going round and round with your company over appraisals on 2 rings since October 2020. Each time I ask to speak to a supervisor, I am told one would call me back. That never happens. I just spent 27 minutes on hold waiting for customer service to come on the line and then was told that a supervisor would call me back, still no phone call. They put on a good front but don't follow through, and don't care. We've been on hold for over 45 min to inquire about a return three weeks ago, and this is not the first time. They have TV hosts, including the "president" of the channel that you can't understand because their English is so heavily accented with whatever Indian dialect that is their native tongue. We managed to get through to one person briefly who apologized for the wait by saying "sorry there are 150 customers ahead of you" then disconnected. Buy JTV, or QVC, but not this channel

I have become a devoted fan and not just for the fantastic jewelry and other items ordered. The presentations are informative and the repartee between the hosts makes me laugh out loud. I adore Michelle and buy a lot when she is on the show. With Tony what a match. He is my Brazilian cowboy. Katie and Craig are just too darn adorable. Jessica and Becky and Tenner too, And Blake is one handsome dude. I love it when Deon comes back at Chuck and his old fashioned mansplaining. Chuck keeps telling the ladies how to get the men to buy them jewelry and virtually all of the other women on the show say buy it for yourself. Cheryl and Anica are especially empowering and beasts at selling. Watching and buying have become my guilty pleasure. Lala C.

Stones look great on TV. What you receive is not what you saw. Shipping takes forever and I live in TX. Customer service has lied to me and can't ever speak to a supervisor. Everything is foreign except the TV show so calling customer service is a joke as they don't care. I have given up and will not be ordering again.

Shop lc get people who can speak proper English and your DHL sucks they never get my orders to me in a timely manner. Im done with you guys until you improve the quality and service plus quicker delivery.

This ring is fabulous. No comparison to diamonds. Moissanite is 10 times brighter and so much more. And too be able to get it a such price is wonderful.
It can be worn anytime with anything.
I recommend it.

I won a auction online, never got my package which Was earrings. I called LC customer service, they Couldn't find any transaction in the last 3 months the Lady I talked to said she would call me back in five Minutes. I have been charged on my bank statement 13.00 dollars, never heard back from them. I bought a Bed massager, I got a Ok on sending it back because It did not heat up which they advertise try it out for Thirty days if you don't like it send it back. which I Did, their excuse was my body, had touched the product. they sell Bra's and clothes, I wonder what Happened to those customers. It is still taking much too long for packages to arrive. My wait time as 10 days to a month or more. I am excited to see how much it improves with your newly announced method. Thank you all for constantly improving the LC experiences!
